Steven is both a licensed CPA and Attorney (none practicing) with more than 14 years of experiences
in tax and accounting. He has worked with businesses from startups to established
middle-market corporations and Fortune 500 companies. He has consulted
businesses on a broad range of tax and accounting matters, including tax
preparation, tax planning, income tax provision, tax resolutions, tax research,
merger and acquisition (M&A) tax, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management,
strategic CFO services, etc.

Steven has spent the first 8 years of his tax career with KPMG LLP, where he worked
on numerous deals including sell-side and buy-side M&A, leveraged buyouts,
bankruptcy works, Carve-out and IPOs. The selected transaction experiences
including the largest M&A transaction in the telecommunication industry ($28 billion)
and the fifth largest bankruptcy restructuring deal in the U.S.

Steven also has lots of experience helping foreign companies doing business
in the US, including companies from Germany, Japanese, China, HongKong, India,
etc. His unique bi-cultural and bi-lingual background assists organizations in
managing political, legal, tax, and economic business issues
